Software Development

While it's my field of study I haven't been able to get any "Real World" experience building software. I have of course built my own applications to solve my own issues, but have yet to get the experience of software development at scale. A majority of my skill in this matter of software development is based on backend work, I spent a lot of time building out the backend for CJS-Cloud because my goal for the server component is for it to be ever expanding to be used for more and more projects.

Office 365

Office 365 it self isn't a skill however the skill of knowing and understanding the entire office 365 suite is. This includes, in my mind, Office Apps, Intune, Azure AD, Exchange, and Security. All of these included products of Microsoft all companies to send email, authenticate into devices, manage devices, use software, and so much more. The Intune side has primarily been a big part of my work with Autopilot, but these tools are so usefully I event had to set myself up a tenet.

Networking

Networking is an essential skill for anyone working in IT or Technology in general. My skills with technology come from trial and error in my home lab where there is no consequence to something not working. These testing environments are crucial so we don't take down client networks and can keep everything running as intended. These developed skill in a testing environment are directly connected to my day to day job, and with the help of people smarter then me allowed me to grow those skills to become a better technician.

Technical Support

My Skills in technical support really bowls down to the way I like to troubleshoot issues, I'm well aware that I may always not be correct in my first diagnosis this is why I always try to make the imposable possible. Whenever I am assisting with a technical issue I always try to think outside of the information I'm told. This allows me to come up with some wild troubleshooting ideas which can further bowl down issues to their proper resolutions.

Automation

My skills and enthusiasm in automation drive from a want to make things quicker and easier to do. Some automation projects I've worked on are Windows Autopilot and some custom scripts to help everyday life. When it comes to Autopilot, it was built to solve a need. Microsoft will tell you that the implementation that I've worked on creating with Autopilot was not as intended, but with hard work and troubleshoot I was able to take there deployment system and customize it to clients needs. This allows us to take hour long workstation setups and have then take as little as 26 minutes to deploy a machine read for an end user.

Virtualization

My Skills with Virtualization and Containers drives from my Home lab. While working at MapleTronics as and intern I got to see a whole new world of technology that I didn't know existed. This inspired me to build a system to act as a play ground for me to learn and develop my skills in technology. Building out and growing my Home lab to where it is today, allows me to take on new challenges I never thought possible like building an entire virtual virtualization environment for building a Hyper-V cluster.
